Mike Smith is the owner of WOT Auto Detailing and an all around nice guy! He built his business to meet a need in the San Antonio area for high-end, professional detail services. He's trained with some of the top leaders in the industry and isn't afraid to work with other companies to fulfill the needs of his customers. He is well known throughout the industry for his beard and the "Beard Approved" brand. But it is his genuineness and fun-loving nature that draw people in. He's built a killer showroom in the shop to give his clients a one-of-a-kind delivery experience that is sure to keep them coming back for years to come. Enjoy hearing how a kid from Silicone Valley came to be a business owner in San Antonio and friends with a group of Special Forces veterans.

The one thing that never changed is the focus on quality over quantity. That quality focus is evident in his personal life too. Urstory #27 – Crush Customs
Inspiring, charismatic, intelligent, poised, caring, professional, genuine and talented are just a few of the adjectives that come to mind when I think of Chelsea Allen. We had the amazing opportunity to spend a few days with Chelsea, her team and her family. In this Fireside episode with Grant, we had the opportunity to dig deeper into Chelsea's story and the admiration we all had for this powerhouse of a human, only grew stronger. Not only did she invite us into her beautiful home, she cooked us a homemade dinner! I hope everyone takes the time to watch or listen to this Urstory.
