How do I actually earn Urable for free? +

Every purchase you make through UrPartners earns credit toward your Urable subscription. The more of your regular supply spend you route through the platform, the more of your subscription those credits offset — up to the potential of running Urable at no net cost. You're buying supplies you'd buy anyway; the credit is the upside.

When does UrPartners launch? +

We're soft-launching on August 1st, with more suppliers being added every month. If you're already a Urable user, simply check out the UrPartners section on the side menu. If you're a new and interested customer, click the "Get Started" buttons above.

Do I need to change suppliers? +

No. UrPartners brings the industry's suppliers into one storefront inside Urable. Nothing about who you buy from has to change — what changes is that it's all in one place, auto-synced to your inventory, and earning you credits.

What if I don't see the products that I use in my shop? +

Touch base with your supplier, and get them in touch with us! We're adding more suppliers every month, and we'd be happy to work to get them connected.

How do orders get fulfilled? +

Orders are drop-shipped directly from the supplier to your shop — no added distribution layer. The purchase auto-syncs into your shop's inventory. You can see order status, and even manage returns directly from UrPartners.
